Junsui is an intimate sushi restaurant in Meerbusch, Germany, curated by sushi master Jay Lee. Jay Lee has developed his expertise through professional experience in Japan, Korea and the United States. He previously ran his own restaurant near Frankfurt before establishing Junsui in Meerbusch.
