Jura Basket Zabierzów is a community sports club founded by basketball enthusiasts and residents of the Zabierzów municipality. It aims to make basketball accessible to girls and boys from the local area and nearby communities, while promoting healthy lifestyles and physical activity among children and young people. The club runs basketball training groups for girls and boys and welcomes children interested in learning, regardless of prior experience.
For younger children, Jura Basket offers Juraki – Active Preschoolers, its own program designed to encourage positive habits, movement and an early interest in sport, particularly basketball. The program is intended for children from age three. The club also develops basketball projects and organizes events for children, young people and seniors, seeking to be an active part of community life beyond the court.
Jura Basket additionally organizes holiday day camps for girls and boys aged 8–16. These include basketball-focused daily training and other activities.
