About Just Me Mental Health
Just Me, I Am Me is a compassionate mental health forum dedicated to supporting individuals facing various forms of mental illness. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for those who may be struggling or not feeling like their usual selves. We offer a range of services including a listening ear, signposting to vital resources, and assistance with writing letters and filling out forms.
Our team consists of highly trained volunteers who are committed to making a positive impact in their community. Many of our volunteers are furthering their studies at esteemed UK universities, ensuring they possess the latest knowledge in mental health support. We are actively working towards having all our volunteers DBS checked to enhance safety and trust within our services.
