JustBe Studios is a meditation and wellness practice founded by Sheshnee Naidoo, offering a sanctuary for reflection, sound healing, and personal growth. Based in Pretoria, South Africa, it draws on Ashtanga Yoga, Vedic sound traditions, and the founder’s South Indian heritage to help people reconnect with a sense of inner wholeness. Its approach combines structure with contemplative practice, encouraging participants to engage actively and bring what they experience into daily life.

Offerings include guided meditation, private one-on-one meditation and energy sessions, full moon and new moon sound meditation circles, and an online meditation program called The Still Point.
