Just Birth LLC is a Colorado-based doula practice owned and operated by Justina Meadows, serving families in Colorado Springs and nearby communities, with limited availability for Denver-area births. Drawing on four years of experience and her own experiences of childbirth and motherhood, Justina offers holistic, personalized support grounded in compassion, education, and reproductive justice. Her approach centers on helping families understand their options, feel heard, and make informed choices throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Services include birth doula care with prenatal visits, birth planning, on-call labor support, and postpartum follow-up; prenatal education and preparation without birth attendance; and postpartum restoration, including Bengkung belly binding, relaxation, and personalized care. Families can also choose a birth-support package with virtual lactation guidance and an in-home feeding follow-up, or combine birth care with postpartum restoration. Just Birth offers free consultations, flexible interest-free payment plans for private-pay services, and accepts Medicaid, with availability discussed through an inquiry process. Products include postpartum care boxes, belly-binding wraps, merchandise, and items through the brand’s Etsy shop.
