Founded by Raymond and Matthew, former teaching fellows who witnessed the difficulties students faced in expressing their feelings and needs, they believed that a compassionate school culture was crucial for students' emotional health.

They co-founded JUST FEEL with Anthony Ngai, a father who values emotional education and shares the same vision. JUST FEEL takes a holistic, preventive, and systemic approach to empower educators and parents. With their motto Connection Before Solution, they collaborate with schools to cultivate a culture of Compassionate Communication effectively and efficiently.
