Ministère de la Justice & DH RCI

The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Côte d’Ivoire is the government institution responsible for justice and human-rights matters. Guided by the principles of justice, law and equality, it brings together central departments, affiliated bodies and supervised institutions, and provides information for members of the public and the legal community.

The ministry’s website offers access to legal texts, court hearing schedules, judicial and penitentiary statistics, publications, and information about the country’s justice system. Its documentation includes public-sector materials such as reports, financial information, procurement notices, forms and procedures, and training resources. Visitors can also find news, official communications, ministerial speeches, event information, photographs and videos.

A key service highlighted on the site is e-Justice, Côte d’Ivoire’s platform for securing and digitising justice-related documents. Through the platform, users can apply online for a certificate of nationality and follow the stated instructions. The ministry also reports on initiatives involving judicial and prison-sector professionals, public-administration training, and efforts to modernise justice and improve access to services.
