Established in 1994 as the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, All Rise serves as a 501(c)3 non-profit, leading efforts to implement innovative justice solutions across the U.S. and globally. The organization comprises four key divisions: the Treatment Court Institute, which oversees training for over 4,000 treatment court programs; Impaired Driving Solutions, which provides resources to mitigate impaired driving incidents; Justice for Vets, focusing on the unique needs of veterans; and the Center for Advancing Justice, which promotes recovery and systemic reform.

All Rise actively engages in advocacy for federal and state funding, collaborates with public and private sectors, and delivers a wealth of resources including training, publications, and webinars.
