Justine Cook

Justine Cook is a childbirth coach, doula and postpartum care provider supporting birthing people and their families through pregnancy, birth and the early weeks after birth. Her approach is grounded in the belief that every person deserves compassionate, respectful care, accurate information and an active role in decisions about their care. Justine offers inclusive support designed to help clients feel informed and confident throughout their experience.

Services include one-to-one coaching, antenatal education, birth support, postpartum care and meet-ups. The coaching package includes four antenatal and two postpartum sessions, along with practical resources such as birth and postpartum plan templates, a birth bag checklist and referrals. The postpartum care package combines an antenatal visit with ten postpartum visits and access to the same resources. Antenatal courses are offered in a relaxed group setting, with sessions covering preparation for birth and the transition into parenthood. Justine also shares information through webinars, events and her blog.
