Justine Nord

Justine Nord’s Healing Hands for the Equine Athlete provides individualized bodywork and complementary therapies focused on the comfort, mobility, and well-being of performance horses. An integrative equine bodyworker and dressage rider, Nord tailors each session to a horse’s movement patterns, areas of tension, training demands, and capacity for release, with the aim of encouraging balance and greater freedom of movement.

Services include Equine Sport Massage, Equine Musculoskeletal Unwinding, and CranioSacral Unwinding, offered in personalized combinations. Nord also provides the Emotion Code® Release Technique, an energy-based modality that uses muscle testing to identify and release what the practice describes as trapped emotions. When appropriate, cold laser therapy is incorporated after hands-on bodywork to complement a session and support the body’s natural recovery process.

The practice serves horses and their riders, with testimonials from trainers, an Olympic gold medalist in show jumping, and a veterinarian describing improved comfort, movement, and performance. Nord emphasizes that equine massage and cold laser are not substitutes for veterinary care and advises consulting a licensed veterinarian about health concerns.
