Justyna Gajewska

Justyna Gajewska offers functional medicine consultations, educational articles, and products focused on women’s health and wellbeing. Her holistic approach looks beyond individual symptoms to explore how factors such as digestion, nutrition, stress, sleep, and lifestyle may be connected. Drawing on her personal experience with rheumatoid arthritis, Gajewska says her work grew from exploring the role of food, recovery, digestive health, and anti-inflammatory habits in her own life.

She works with women seeking a clearer understanding of ongoing health concerns, including autoimmune conditions, chronic inflammation, digestive and microbiome issues, hormonal changes, and persistent fatigue. Her individual online consultations last approximately 75 minutes and involve reviewing each client’s situation and developing a practical plan. Clients first submit information about their concerns, then complete a health and nutrition questionnaire before the appointment. The consultation costs 280 złoty.

The website also features articles on topics such as sprouts, spices, and olive oil, alongside a blog and a shop.
