Już Pływam is a family-run swimming school serving children and adults in Warsaw’s Ochota, Mokotów and Włochy districts, as well as Pruszków. With more than 20 years of experience, its instructors teach swimmers of different ages and abilities through an original approach designed to encourage relaxation, confidence and enjoyment in the water. The school emphasizes individual attention and a friendly, low-stress atmosphere, helping participants learn new skills and overcome anxiety about swimming.

Its services include individual lessons for children and adults, family swimming, sports swimming, and instruction to learn or improve swimming skills. Już Pływam also offers swimming lessons and skills development for schools and preschools, poolside birthday events, and instruction in English with professional instructors. Prospective students can book a trial session, which is free if they decide the lesson is not for them. Classes take place at four swimming pools, and the school reports serving more than 200 people each week. Już Pływam presents swimming as a path to health, confidence and the pleasure of moving in water.
