JVR Africa Group is a people-solutions organisation that has supported talent selection and development since 1993. Founded as a mother-daughter startup, it has grown to serve clients from offices in Cape Town, Botswana, Johannesburg and Namibia. Its work applies psychology and psychometric testing to help organisations and individuals identify, support and develop talent.

JVR offers end-to-end talent management through JVR Consulting Psychologists, alongside employee development and leadership programmes from JVR Academy. These include the EQ-i 2.0 for emotional intelligence, the Hogan Personality Inventory for everyday personality and employee performance insights, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator for personality preferences, self-awareness, leadership development and communication.
