JWC Baseball

JWC Baseball Training & Development is a youth baseball training organization based in Bedford, Indiana, focused on helping local players grow physically and mentally. Its mission is to develop athleticism and baseball skills, while its vision is to create opportunities for young people to play in the community and at a higher level. The program emphasizes attitude, toughness, hard work, leadership, energy, teamwork, and setting a positive example.

JWC offers individual and group lessons in hitting, fielding, pitching, and catching, along with instruction in the mental side of the game. Training is led by Jeff Callahan, a former BNL head baseball coach, and Whitt Callahan, a youth baseball instructor. The organization also lists youth leagues, travel teams, and Little League information, including a 15-and-under roster.

A one-year membership costs $125 and includes unlimited facility access by appointment, video analysis of a player’s skills, college baseball recruiting sessions, and a JWC baseball hat. Sessions provide 30 minutes of instruction, with additional practice time available before or after.
