Jyoti is the Vedic Meditation practice and teaching community led by Aly Liu, who helps people explore an ancient meditation technique for modern life. Drawing on her experience in Wall Street technology transformation and her personal meditation practice, Aly teaches students a simple method intended to support deep rest, ease stress, and cultivate greater calm, clarity, and intuition.
New students can attend a free introductory talk to learn about the practice, its origins, benefits, course structure, and ongoing support. Jyoti’s four-day course, with sessions of approximately 90 minutes, teaches the meditation technique and provides each student with a personal mantra. Students are encouraged to establish a regular practice of 20 minutes twice daily.
Support continues through group meditations, practice refreshers, newsletters, community gatherings, advanced learning opportunities, events, and retreats. Jyoti also offers educational resources, including courses exploring Vedic knowledge.
