桔子导航 is a Chinese-language website directory that organizes links to sites and online resources for Asian internet users. Its stated aim is to make useful websites quicker and easier to find, while helping listed sites gain visibility through user-submitted applications and recommendations. The directory groups entries into sections such as popular recommendations, video sites, navigation portals, lottery forums, and online tools and applications.

Its listings include a substantial adult-content category, alongside general utilities for tasks such as image hosting, file conversion, searches, IP lookups, QR-code creation, and video or media access. The site notes that it periodically removes links that no longer work and invites site owners to contact it about replacements or inclusion. It also offers an Android client and provides contact information for users and applicants.

桔子导航 describes its service as available to Chinese-speaking users worldwide and states that its site is based in the United States. Overall, it functions primarily as a categorized link directory rather than as a publisher of the listed third-party services
