K5 Landscaping is a San Diego-based contractor providing concrete and exterior property services throughout San Diego County. The company focuses on apartment communities, homeowners associations, condominiums, and other multi-family properties, while also accepting individual projects. Its services are designed to help property managers maintain safe, functional, and attractive shared spaces with one point of contact for a range of exterior improvements.

K5’s offerings include concrete repair, replacement, installation, and planned maintenance for sidewalks, walkways, driveways, entries, and common areas. The team also provides synthetic turf for courtyards and recreation spaces, sport courts for activities such as pickleball, basketball, and tennis, retaining walls, and drainage improvements. Property managers can arrange a site walkthrough to review conditions, prioritize needs, and discuss either ongoing maintenance or a standalone project. K5 describes its process as beginning with an initial conversation and property assessment, followed by a clear proposal and scheduled work. Projects are planned with residents, site access, and daily property operations in mind.
