Kabata

Kabata develops AI-powered dumbbells and connected workout technology designed to make strength training smarter and more accessible at home. Its adjustable dumbbells range from 5 to 60 pounds per dumbbell in five-pound increments, with sensors that track performance and support a more personalized workout. The system offers automatic repetition counting, real-time feedback on lifting form and movement velocity, and weight adjustments between sets, while also allowing users to make manual changes.

The Kabata app complements the equipment with guided workouts, exercise options, customizable routines, daily challenges, and progress insights based on users’ activity and goals. Together, the dumbbells and app are intended to help people follow structured sessions, monitor their technique, and stay motivated as they build strength. Customer feedback highlights the integrated coaching, straightforward setup, and variety of workouts, including options used by multiple family members. Kabata positions its connected equipment as a home-gym solution for beginners and experienced lifters alike, combining adjustable weights with digital tracking and coaching in one training system.
