KADA Sport mit Perspektive | Salzburg is a non-governmental, non-profit association that promotes dual careers in elite sports. Our mission is to ensure that elite athletes have secure and fulfilling prospects for the future by promoting the feasibility of combining sports with education or vocational training. We understand that careers in elite sports are of limited duration and can be cut short prematurely due to various factors.

That's why we offer consulting services to elite athletes, guiding them through the process of finding a suitable educational program and supporting them in their efforts to reconcile sport and education. We also provide a series of tailored educational programs for elite athletes, including the Study Leistung Sport (SLS) program, the Berufsreifeprüfung (BRP) program, and vocational education and training through our A&W program. After a sporting career comes to an end, we also facilitate the integration of former elite athletes and coaches into the world of work by providing job search assistance and support.

Our services are free of charge and available to elite athletes representing any of the 60 officially recognized Austrian sports associations. We are proud to collaborate with various partner organizations and educational institutions to ensure that athletes have access to the best opportunities for success in both sports and education
