Kaiku24 is a public and non-profit service provider dedicated to solving the nationwide resource shortage and growing healthcare demand in the social and healthcare sector. Our mission is to build better operating conditions for social and healthcare services. With our digital customer service, we provide well-being areas with a range of services including assessment of the customer's healthcare needs and urgency, solutions for healthcare requirements, as well as remote consultation and advice.
Our skilled digital nurses and doctors are available 24/7 to serve customers. Through our services, treatment begins directly from the first contact, and we strive to resolve the customer's concerns immediately. If needed, we guide customers to local services and also offer consultation to professionals in the well-being areas.
We also optimize the normal operations of well-being areas. Customers referred to physical services through Kaiku24 have already had their healthcare needs assessed, necessary laboratory tests conducted, referrals made, and entries recorded in the well-being area systems.
