Kainuun Kirja-

Kainuun Kirja- ja Paperikauppa Ky is an independent KIPA bookshop in Paltamo, Finland, with a history of nearly a century in the same historic building. The family-owned business serves customers in its traditional store and through an online shop, offering a broad selection of Finnish books and other goods. Its collection has a special focus on Kainuu: regional history, village books, works by local writers, and family histories, including books about the Leinonen, Kemppainen, and Tervonen families.

The shop also stocks other Finnish-language books, some available exclusively through the store, as well as discounted titles. Beyond books, customers can find gifts, toys, games, craft and art supplies, and office products. The online shop operates around the clock and ships orders throughout Finland; international orders are handled with delivery charges confirmed in advance.

Customers can also order by phone or email, or collect purchases from the shop. Kainuun Kirja- ja Paperikauppa combines convenient online ordering with personal service and a distinctive local connection to Paltamo and the wider Kainuu region
