Kaiserstuhl-Fit

Kaiserstuhl-Fit is a local movement, fitness and health service based in Bötzingen, serving mothers, families and others in the Kaiserstuhl region. Founded and led by Miriam Geiser, a physiotherapist with a B.Sc. and additional qualifications in pre- and postnatal training, pelvic floor exercise and body workout, the business offers supportive, practical courses tailored to different life stages.

Its programmes include pelvic floor training and postnatal recovery for mothers, as well as beginner and advanced whole-body strengthening courses for parents, with babies welcome. Outdoor sessions combine walking with a stroller or baby carrier and strength exercises. Kaiserstuhl-Fit also provides interactive pelvic floor talks for companies, clubs and groups, plus customized workplace health courses and workshops focused on movement, stress management and back health.

Courses take place locally and are designed to help participants build strength, return to exercise and bring healthy movement into daily life. Available classes, schedules and bookings are managed through Eversports, with online payment options. Kaiserstuhl-Fit emphasizes personal guidance, a welcoming group atmosphere and accessible, neighborhood-based support.
