Kaizen Voiz develops voice biometric technology for secure digital identity verification and authentication. Its patented, ISO-certified authentication engine uses artificial intelligence and multiple vocal characteristics to verify users, with the aim of helping organizations reduce fraud and simplify access. Verification is designed to take two steps: users speak or read a short prompt to capture their voice, then complete authentication. The company emphasizes that voice verification can work remotely across channels, including cellular and landline, without requiring special equipment or close proximity to a device.

Kaizen Voiz offers voice biometrics, face recognition and IVR solutions, with applications that include customer and agent verification in contact centers, password-reset alternatives, multi-factor authentication, and continuous user verification for data access. Its stated industry domains include banking, telecommunications, insurance, healthcare and contact centers. The company highlights cross-channel performance, flexible deployment, continuous authentication and fraud reduction among the benefits of its technology. Kaizen Voiz provides product information, case studies, videos, blogs and customer support through its website, and lists locations in Chennai, India, and Edison, New Jersey.
