Kakalamux is a child and adolescent psychology and psychomotor development centre based in Lekeitio, Bizkaia. Founded in 2015 as an early intervention centre, it has since grown to support children and young people aged 0 to 17, together with their families. The centre helps them navigate development, learning and emotional wellbeing through an integrated, respectful and personal approach.

Kakalamux sees play as an important therapeutic means through which young people can express themselves, work through experiences and progress at their own pace. Its work considers emotional, physical, relational and family dimensions, aiming to provide a safe space that supports healthy growth. The centre also values collaboration, working with families, schools and other professionals to offer consistent, coordinated support. In addition, it works with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and participates in programmes and services for minors and their families. Kakalamux brings together psychology and psychomotor support with a focus on listening, connection and each person’s individual needs.
