Brand: Центр Самообороны и Безопасности "КАМАМ"

Welcome to the professional Center for Applied Self-Defense and Security "KAMAM." Our brand focuses on offering self-defense courses for men, women, and children in St. Petersburg, Russia. Led by the experienced instructor Amnon Maor, our courses cover the basics of self-defense and hand-to-hand combat techniques.

Our system, Self Defence Maor - KAMAM, is designed to teach individuals how to survive and protect themselves in real-life combat situations using practical and effective methods. Unlike traditional sports-oriented martial arts, our system emphasizes practical self-defense skills applicable in various "street" scenarios.

At KAMAM, we believe that everyone has the right to self-defense, regardless of age, gender, or physical condition. Our methodology, based on biomechanics, bio-physics, and reflex knowledge, aims to empower individuals to think quickly and act effectively in any threatening situation.

Join us to learn the art of self-defense and stay safe in an increasingly unpredictable world.
