Pohyb zdravě

Radost z pohybu is the movement and wellness practice of Kamila Jiříková, based in Kralupy. It helps women, particularly those aged 45 and over, better understand their bodies, ease back discomfort, support pelvic floor health, and rediscover confidence and enjoyment in movement. Kamila’s approach combines mindful exercise, breath mechanics, and careful attention to how each movement feels, prioritizing healthy technique over performance.

Services include group courses and individual sessions in health-focused yoga, pelvic floor exercise, Pilates-based movement, and back care. Clients can also choose massage to release muscle tension, ease discomfort, support relaxation, and complement movement therapy. Lymphatic massage and lymph taping are offered to support lymph flow, including in situations involving swelling or recovery after surgery. An online club provides opportunities to exercise at home.

The practice draws on methods including hatha yoga, the 3x3 pelvic floor method, Pilates Clinic Method, spiral stabilization, and wave movements. Sessions emphasize gentle breathing, deep muscle engagement, body awareness, and personalized guidance.
