Kamishovka Ceramics Studio

Kamishovka Ceramics Studio is a welcoming creative space in Munich where people can explore pottery and develop their skills with clay. Located at Birkerstraße 9, the studio offers classes for different interests and experience levels, from introductory sessions to focused workshops and intensive courses. Participants can try pottery wheel throwing, hand-building, glazing and special ceramic techniques, with both one-off classes and multi-week courses available.

The program includes practical projects such as making bowls, mugs, plates and ornaments, as well as workshops exploring techniques like nerikomi and kurinuki. Some courses focus on developing wheel skills or understanding glaze chemistry, while others offer a relaxed creative experience for particular groups, including mothers and babies. Kamishovka also provides studio memberships for people who want space to work on their own projects, along with private events and gift cards. After making a piece, visitors can book a glazing session and arrange to collect their finished ceramics.
