Kampfkunst-Hoffmannde

Kampfkunstakademie Hoffmann is a martial arts school focused on helping children and young people grow into confident, capable individuals through age-appropriate training. Its programs serve children from age three, primary-school children aged six and up, and teenagers, with classes combining martial arts, self-defence, movement skills and character development. Teenagers can choose Taekwondo and self-defence training designed to support personal safety, fitness and balance.

The academy’s teaching is organised around three areas: movement, safety and character. Students develop coordination, motor skills, strength, balance and flexibility through physical exercises and interactive lessons. Safety instruction covers age- and situation-appropriate self-protection, awareness of potential dangers, dealing with strangers, anti-bullying guidance and techniques for falling safely. Character education emphasises respect, discipline, attentiveness, gratitude, conflict resolution and goal-setting, while encouraging teamwork and a sense of belonging. The academy also offers an adult group, according to customer reviews. With a motivating, supportive learning environment and instruction tailored to different ages and abilities, Kampfkunstakademie Hoffmann presents martial arts as a way to build practical skills, confidence and positive social values.
