Kampfsportschule Zug

Kampfsportschule Zug is a martial arts school based in Cham, Switzerland, offering kickboxing and boxing training for adults and children. Established in 1988, the school welcomes beginners and experienced participants, with two free trial sessions and opportunities to join throughout the year. Its classes include fitness kickboxing and boxing, light-contact formats with or without low kicks, and full-contact training, including K1. Children’s kickboxing focuses on movement, technique, concentration, confidence, and respectful cooperation, without pressure to compete.

Training runs Monday to Saturday, with evening sessions during the week and morning and midday options on Saturdays. Classes develop technique, balance, coordination, mobility, strength, endurance, and fitness; competitors can also work on strategy and tactics. Safety and controlled practice are central, and nobody is required to spar or enter tournaments. The school emphasizes respectful conduct and does not tolerate aggressive behavior. Flexible, non-automatically renewing memberships are transferable, with no cancellation notice required. Beginners can attend a trial without registering in advance.
