The Kamchatka Regional Public Organization "League of Animal Assistance Kamchatka" is dedicated to fostering connections between people and animals while advocating for humanitarian treatment of pets across the region. Established on June 15, 2017, the organization operates from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and collaborates closely with various animal shelters and animal protection agencies. Their primary mission focuses on providing assistance to animals in need, ensuring they find loving homes and receive proper care.

Key initiatives include support for the dog shelter "Under the Wing of Kuth," where they facilitate adoptions and care for special animals. The League also actively engages in fundraising efforts to enhance their outreach and operational capabilities, providing transparency through detailed reports on the allocation of funds. Under the leadership of Elena Kasatova, the League is committed to improving the lives of animals in Kamchatka while serving as a vital resource for the community, promoting responsible pet ownership and enhancing animal welfare awareness.
