Kanalan kartano

Kanalan Kartano is an equestrian centre built around the principle of putting horses’ wellbeing first while providing safe, varied opportunities for riders. Horses spend most of the day in well-maintained paddocks or, during summer, on pasture; those housed in open barns can move freely between indoor and outdoor areas around the clock. Hay is offered in slow-feed nets to support controlled feeding.

The estate provides half-board box stalls, as well as self-care and shared-care places in open barns. Its modernised indoor stable has ten stalls and includes a wash bay, heated tack room, rug-drying area and individual storage. Riding facilities include a 2019 indoor arena, a lit and fenced outdoor arena, a roughly 1.4-kilometre riding track around the property, and a round pen. Nearby trails also offer opportunities for hacking.

Kanalan Kartano’s services extend beyond livery to training for horses and riders, social pedagogical horse activities, and animal-assisted psychotherapy. Together, its facilities and services support everyday horse care, riding practice and wellbeing-focused activities.
