Kanuclub Haselhorst

Kanu-Club Haselhorst e.V. is a Berlin paddling club welcoming families, young people and adults who enjoy sport and outdoor activities. Based near the Havel, the club brings together recreational canoeing and competitive canoe slalom, offering members opportunities to paddle on local waterways as well as rivers, lakes and, with sea kayaks, coastal waters. The club also occasionally organizes trips abroad.

Beginners can learn canoeing with guidance from experienced instructors. Paddles and equipment, including life jackets, are provided, and the club offers half-day and full-day outings around Berlin and beyond. Its youth and school groups focus mainly on canoe slalom, with training on still water at the club’s own course and on moving water near Spandau Citadel. Members also take part in competitions and enjoy activities such as table tennis and cycling, with additional training during winter.

Kanu-Club Haselhorst is affiliated with the Berlin State Canoe Association and the German Canoe Association.
