Kapow Noodle Bar

Kapow Noodle Bar is a South Florida pan-Asian restaurant group serving elevated Asian fusion in a lively, street-art-inspired setting. Its flagship opened in 2011 in Mizner Park, Boca Raton, and it describes itself as a “Mizner Park original,” with the attitude of a rebel that isn’t playing it safe. The menu pulls favorite dishes from Korea, Thailand, China, and Japan and adds the kitchen’s own spin, pairing them with craft beers, hand-selected wines and sake, and an award-winning cocktail list. A Delray Beach location also operates, while its West Palm Beach restaurant is listed as closed.

The food is built for sharing, with small plates, wok-fired specialties, noodle bowls, and a sushi menu. Signature dishes include Peking duck, bao buns, Vietnamese chicken wings, ahi tuna tacos, shrimp pad Thai, dim sum, koji-aged steaks, miso black cod, crack fries, lobster Rangoon, and Thai donuts served with dipping sauces. The atmosphere is boisterous and playful, with mural-covered walls, a bar overlooking Mizner Park, and sidewalk and patio seating, making it popular for happy hour, birthdays, and late-night dining.

Kapow has built a solid local reputation. It won Best Asian (Not Sushi) Restaurant in the Boca Raton Observer Readers’ Choice awards in 2023 and 2024 and was runner-up in 2025, and it also earned recognition as a favorite late-night dining spot. Weekly promotions add to the appeal, such as $4 tacos and bao buns on Tuesdays, half-price wine and sake bottles on Wednesdays, ladies’ night on Thursdays, and complimentary mimosas at weekend brunch.
