Kappo Matsuya is a long-established crab restaurant in Izumisano, Osaka, specializing in Japanese swimming crab. Because high-quality crab is scarce and supply can vary, dining is by advance reservation, with seating limited to two parties at lunch and two at dinner. Its first floor is barrier-free.
