Käpyranta

Käpyranta Children’s Home is a family-run residential care provider in Nopankylä, Ilmajoki, Finland. Its approach is built on the continuity that family entrepreneurship can offer, with several adults providing a stable presence in children’s lives. Käpyranta provides institutional services for both open and substitute care under Finland’s Child Welfare Act. It is particularly focused on children who are under 12 when placed, as well as sibling placements; older siblings over 12 are also welcome when placed together with younger siblings. The home has seven resident places.
