Kids' Karate Central

Karate Central is a specialist, kids-only karate school serving families on the Central Coast, with classes in Point Clare. The school focuses on creating a safe, happy and encouraging environment where children can enjoy learning, build practical skills and stay active. Its teaching is led by Sensei Mike, a fully qualified black belt with a Master of Teaching (Primary) and more than a decade of experience teaching children’s martial arts.

Programs are grouped by age and stage. Pre-K classes for children aged 3–5 introduce pre-kindy and pre-karate activities, with an emphasis on listening, confidence and teamwork. The Infants program, for ages 5–8, introduces karate basics through step-by-step instruction, fitness and respect. Children aged 8 and over can join the Karateka program to develop combinations, applications and discipline as fully fledged practitioners. Karate Central also highlights fully reported gradings and fitness progress tracking, helping families follow students’ development. Prospective students can book a free trial, and the school provides information, timetables, contact details and policies for families.
