TEAMATTFIS is a karate club in the Czech Republic offering training for children and young people aged 4 to 17. The club welcomes aspiring competitors aiming for high-level results as well as children who want to practise karate for personal development without taking part in competitions. Its approach emphasizes confidence, discipline, fitness, concentration, coordination and respect, with training designed to make beginners feel comfortable and supported.
New participants can book an introductory programme of two individual lessons. In Ostrava, a child receives focused attention from a coach or assistant; in Baška, the child joins under individual supervision. Sessions introduce basic techniques, stances and Japanese terms in a friendly setting. Afterward, families can meet with a coach to discuss progress and decide whether to register for club membership. Members can then join group training with personal support and use the TEAMATTFIS+ application to manage training.
The club trains at two gyms and provides an educational and motivational system for children.
