Karate St-Jean, led by Sensei Mario Poupart, is a karate school in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu offering So-Kyokushin training in a welcoming, respectful and energetic environment. Its classes are open to children from age five, teenagers and adults, with advanced courses available for experienced students. The school’s approach combines physical conditioning, combat techniques, kata and self-defense, with both practical and theoretical instruction.
