USA KMA is a martial arts school and national team program based in North Miami, Florida. It offers training for children, adults, and students with special needs, with programs designed to develop practical skills, confidence, and personal potential. Its karate instruction follows the Toukon Shorin-Ryu style, while its Kobudo program teaches traditional Okinawan weapons practice through forms, applications, and drills.

The school also teaches Krav-Hagana, a self-defense system developed by Master Welcher for military personnel and adapted to help civilians respond to everyday threats. A dedicated women’s program focuses on practical self-defense. Students interested in competition can pursue national team training, with development pathways for junior, cadet, adult, and veteran athletes seeking to represent the United States. The organization also offers instructor training for those pursuing a martial arts teaching career.

Master Welcher leads the programs and is identified by the school as a karate world champion and senior-ranked instructor. USA KMA invites prospective students to book a free introductory class; reservations are required.
