Kardinia Early Learning is an early childhood education provider with locations in Geelong, Bannockburn and Warrnambool, Victoria. Its long day care and kindergarten programs support children’s social, emotional, intellectual and physical development, while helping prepare three- and four-year-olds for school. The organisation describes its approach as grounded in curiosity, wonder, belonging and respect, with children viewed as capable learners who actively shape their own understanding.

Learning is inquiry-based and nature-focused, encouraging children to explore meaningful interests, care for the environment and develop awareness of sustainability. Programs include creative arts in Geelong and Bannockburn, a wellbeing dog program in Bannockburn, and nature, bush and beach experiences in Warrnambool. Bannockburn also offers Learning on Country. For infants and toddlers, Kardinia uses respectful caregiving and freedom-of-movement practices to support security and social-emotional development. Its community-based curriculum promotes inclusion, equity and social justice, while a sustainability and resources officer supports reuse and thoughtful resource choices. Kardinia also states its commitment to children’s safety and wellbeing.
