Karen Shirlow

Karen Shirlow, known as The Neuro Sculptor, offers therapy and personal development services from Coleraine, Northern Ireland. Her work supports people seeking to understand patterns linked to fear, insecurity, depression and emotional distress, and to build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Rather than applying a fixed formula or focusing on “fixing” clients, Karen describes her approach as attentive, curious and grounded in the nervous system. She helps clients notice their thoughts, emotions and bodily responses, explore what those patterns may have been protecting, and develop the capacity to stay present with their experience.

Karen draws on more than a decade of interest and work in nervous system education, neuroscience and emotional reprocessing. Her qualifications include certified Havening Techniques practice, BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) and training informed by Polyvagal Theory; she is also an NLP practitioner. Her offerings include private one-to-one work, events, and programmes for leadership and organisations. She is the creator of the ACE Framework, The Somanar Experience and the Sovereign Leadership Programme.
