Karikatyyri lahja, operated by Jannen Karikatyyrilahja Oy, creates personalized, hand-drawn caricature artworks from customer photographs. Finnish caricature artist Janne Markkanen, who has more than 30 years of experience, draws each commission digitally by hand, incorporating the subject’s personality, work, hobbies, favorite places, and other meaningful details. The result is a distinctive, humorous portrait intended to celebrate its subject rather than mock them.

Customers submit photographs and background information, then receive a draft to review and request changes to before the artwork is completed. Finished pieces are printed on A3 photo paper, signed and dated, framed, carefully packaged, and delivered free to a nearby parcel locker. The company offers black-and-white and color options, with compositions for one or two people and bust or full-length formats. Its services are designed for birthdays, weddings, retirements, graduations, anniversaries, and corporate or farewell gifts. A 100% satisfaction guarantee allows customers to cancel without charge if revisions do not produce an acceptable result. The business emphasizes personal service and a ready-to-give finished gift.
