Kagoshima Athletics Association, also known as Kagoshima Rikkyō, supports the development of sports culture through athletics in Kagoshima Prefecture. Its official website serves athletes, coaches, officials, and event organizers with information and administrative services for the local athletics community.

The association publishes schedules, guidelines, and results for its competitions, along with lists of approved meets, prefectural records, rankings, and historical results. It also shares announcements about training sessions, lectures, selection events, and other athletics activities. Athletes can find guidance on completing Japan Association of Athletics Federations registration through the JAAF-START system, as well as instructions for applying for recognition documents required for competition outside the prefecture.

For registered officials and referees, the association provides procedures for reporting absences or updating contact details, and information about ordering official referee uniforms. The site also offers application forms, venue and access details, and links to related athletics organizations. Together, these resources help coordinate competitions and support participation in track and field across Kagoshima.
