Karlstad Parkour

Karlstad Parkour is a community sports association founded in 2016, offering parkour activities for children aged five and up, teenagers, and adults. With nearly 350 members and 11 parkour coaches, the association welcomes participants of different abilities, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Its training groups provide a place to build skills, challenge yourself, and enjoy movement and creativity alongside others.

Newcomers can try their first training session for free and pay only if they decide to continue. Karlstad Parkour also hosts children’s birthday parties in its parkour hall. These two-hour celebrations give children the chance to explore parkour with guidance from trained coaches.
