Karma is a Lebanese association that aims to provide support to children and adolescents suffering from severe diseases. The organization was established in 2015 in close cooperation with the German organization ASCAL, which was founded to help save Myriam, a young girl suffering from leukemia. Despite the efforts of the public health services in Lebanon, many residents are left without medical coverage, particularly in the areas of secondary and tertiary healthcare.

In response, Karma works alongside a network of NGOs and foundations to ensure financial and psychosocial support for patients throughout their recovery. The organization's dedicated team, led by President Rama Abou Al Ainain, Vice President Mariam Younes, Secretary Alaa Najjar, and Treasurer Adnan Najjar, strives to make a difference in the lives of these children. Karma relies on volunteers to assist with fundraising activities, support patients and their families, and contribute to the overall development of the organization.
