KARRisma is a gourmet restaurant on Lindau Island, on Lake Constance, offering creative fine dining in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Founded in 2017, the restaurant brings together locally sourced ingredients and flavors inspired by cuisines around the world. Its changing menu is designed as a culinary journey, with a six-course option featuring seasonal dishes and imaginative combinations.
Guests can also choose a five-course menu, enjoy special event menus, or explore themed offerings such as truffle events and menus for New Year’s Eve and the Bregenz Festival. Chef Julian Karr leads the kitchen and shapes the restaurant’s distinctive approach; KARRisma received a Michelin star in 2024, 2025, and 2026. The restaurant also offers wine, including its own house wine from the Baden region of the Upper Rhine.
