About KARTEPE ZİRVESİ
Kartepe Zirvesi is an international event held in Kartepe, one of Turkey's prominent winter tourism centers, under the leadership of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality. It aims to contribute to finding solutions to the global issues we face today. The upcoming event, KARTEPE ZİRVESİ 2022: DİRENÇLİ ŞEHİRLER VE ŞEHRİN DÖNÜŞÜMÜ (Kartepe Summit 2022: Resilient Cities and Urban Transformation), will focus on discussing and developing solutions to social and political issues that arise on our journey on Earth.
It serves as a platform for policymakers and decision-makers to exchange ideas and propose solutions. The summit includes special sessions, panel discussions, academic sessions, workshops, and conferences with 25 countries participating, featuring 350 speakers. Kartepe Zirvesi has gained significant attention in both national and international media for addressing pressing global problems.
