Krajowa Adm. Skarbowa

The National Revenue Administration (Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa, KAS) is Poland’s public administration service operating under the Ministry of Finance. It brings together responsibilities for collecting taxes and customs duties, registering taxpayers, supporting tax compliance and carrying out administrative enforcement. Its Customs and Fiscal Service also works to detect and investigate fiscal offences, including tax fraud and illegal trade.

KAS provides information and practical services for individuals, businesses and public institutions. Through online tools such as e-Urząd Skarbowy and Twój e-PIT, users can access tax-related services, while the National Revenue Information service offers guidance and answers to enquiries. Other digital services include the PUESC customs and tax platform, the e-TOLL electronic toll system, e-auctions and the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). The administration also publishes tax alerts, registers, public information and technical guidance, and provides channels for reporting concerns. Its website brings these resources together with news, educational materials and details about KAS programmes, projects and international cooperation.
