Kashùdo Selfdefence

Kashùdo Selfdefence is a martial arts and self-defence school in Brilon, in Germany’s Sauerland region. Its approach combines practical self-protection with philosophical learning, aiming to help students respond to real-world danger while developing mental awareness, intuition and confidence in managing fear. The school’s guiding message, “Defeat Your Fear,” encourages students to step beyond their comfort zones and build their abilities over time.

Kashùdo’s name brings together ideas of combat, skill and the way, reflecting its blend of martial arts practice and personal development. Training is offered for adults and children, with options that include self-defence classes, free training, CHI Power and Kashùdo Survive. The school also provides personal and group training, and publishes course schedules and pricing information for prospective students.

Led by Master Andy and a team of instructors, the dojo presents learning as an individual journey: students are encouraged to observe themselves, apply what they learn in everyday life and work toward becoming their own masters. The school emphasizes an approachable, supportive training environment
