Kasteel Nijswiller is a historic residential restoration project in the South Limburg hills of the Netherlands. The listed castle dates to 1275 and is being carefully restored and transformed into eight luxury apartments, bringing modern comforts together with distinctive historic features, including marble fireplaces, high ornamental ceilings and a medieval stair tower. Apartment sizes range from 87 to 202 square metres, and each home includes a private garden room within the castle park.
The development also offers private gardens in the park, an individual parking space and storage facilities. Buyers benefit from an SWK guarantee, and the project notes that an approximately €200,000 government subsidy per apartment contributes to an attractive purchase price. The website presents apartment options including a garden apartment and homes on the bel-etage and first floor, with south- and north-facing layouts.
Phase one sales are scheduled to start on 19 September 2026. Sales are handled by Klement Rentmeesters, which can be contacted for further information and expressions of interest
